    From the way your body is changing to how you’re feeling emotionally, it’s totally normal to have questions. Whether it’s about periods, body hair, voice changes, or mood swings, we’re here to talk, answer your questions, and help you feel confident and supported.

  • As your body grows and changes, what you eat really matters! We can give you nutrition advice to help you feel your best, support your energy, mood, and focus, and make sure you're getting what your changing body needs.

    Whether it’s about healthy snacks, balanced meals, or just figuring out what works for you—we’re here to help.

  • We’re here to chat and answer any general health questions you may have.

    Plus, if you need it, we can refer you to other services like a doctor, physio, or any other support you might need.

  • We offer HPV cervical testing (formerly known as the smear test), which can be done using a self-swab.

    This test helps screen for HPV, a virus that can increase the risk of cervical cancer, and is an important part of maintaining your health.
